A Wedding, a Newcomer and a Well Earned Level 4: Catching You Up on Everything at Elite
It has been quiet on the blog front lately, but not because nothing was happening. Quite the opposite. Behind the scenes at Elite, we have had a wedding, a new team member, and a major qualification milestone, all within a few short months. Here is everything you missed.
Babita said "I do"
On the 22nd of July, our salon manager Babita got married, and that was practically a fortnight of celebration. Good food, more laughter than we could count, and dancing that just would not stop. Babita is the heartbeat of this clinic, so getting to celebrate a milestone this big with her meant everything to the whole team. Congratulations to Babita and her husband, here is to a lifetime of happiness together.
A very well deserved shoutout for Scarlett
In June, Scarlett completed her Level 4 qualification in laser hair removal, the result of a full month of intensive in house training with Babita to prepare her to take on clients confidently and independently. That achievement alone deserves recognition.
But here is what really made us proud. While the rest of the team was two weeks deep in wedding celebrations, Scarlett held the entire clinic together on her own. No panic, no missed appointments, just quiet, capable dedication. She is loved by every client who walks through our door, and we could not be prouder of everything she has achieved this year.
Meet Maisie
While the wedding festivities were in full swing, we quietly welcomed someone new to the family. Maisie has joined us to carry out beauty treatments, stepping in so Scarlett can dedicate herself fully to laser hair removal. She trained under Babita personally, and this is her very first job in the beauty industry. She is nervous, she is excited, and honestly, that combination is exactly what makes someone great at this job. Say hello next time you are in the chair.
