As Elite has grown, my role has naturally evolved. While I continue to work with a small selection of long-standing clients, my primary focus is now on the strategic growth of the business, overseeing marketing, brand development and continuously improving the overall client experience within the clinic.
My priority is building strong brand awareness, refining our standards and ensuring that every customer feels confident they are in safe, professional hands from the moment they walk through our doors. I care deeply about creating a space that feels calm, trusted and consistent, where clients know they will always be looked after.
At the heart of everything I do is a strong belief in integrity, honesty and kindness. I believe in energy and the law of attraction, and I have seen how a positive environment naturally attracts wonderful clients and meaningful long-term relationships.
Sustainability and conscious beauty are also central to our values. We prioritise plastic-free, sustainable, cruelty-free and vegan products wherever possible, because beauty should never come at the expense of our responsibility to the planet or animals.

Growing up I always had a passion for beauty and skincare and I knew this was the career path I wanted to go down. I am a level 4 qualified beauty therapist with over 8 years experience and being a salon manager has widened my knowledge of the industry. It brings me joy to see that my work is helping my clients feel better about themselves physically and mentally.
Chernice Poulter
With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry and a passion that burns bright, I am dedicated to ensuring my clients feel nothing short of amazing and confident in their own skin. Following my initial training, I pursued various further qualifications to hone my skills, with laser hair removal being a specialty that holds a special place in my heart.
At Elite, my mission extends beyond merely providing services; I strive to empower each individual who walks through our doors.

I’ve always been incredibly passionate about the beauty industry and love learning new skills to grow and improve. I am qualified in level 1 hair & beauty, level 2 beauty therapy and currently training in level 3 beauty therapy. I take pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment where every client feels comfortable, confident and cared for. My goal is to help people feel good about themselves and comfortable within their own skin, I truly believe beauty is all about enhancing your naturally beautiful features, and I am committed to delivering high quality treatments with a friendly and professional approach!
