Some treatments require a consultation before your first appointment. It gives us a chance to discuss your goals, check whether the treatment is suitable for you and answer your questions. Please ask us when booking if you’re unsure whether you need one.

Some treatments require a patch test before your appointment. We’ll let you know when booking and explain when it needs to be done.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re delayed. We work to a schedule, so arriving 10 minutes or more late may mean we can’t carry out your treatment. Our current policy states that the full treatment price and a £10 late fee will still apply.escription

Our current policy asks for 48 hours’ notice for beauty appointments and for laser appointments under one hour. Laser appointments over one hour require 7 days’ notice. Cancellations within the notice period may incur a 50% charge; cancellations within 24 hours incur the full treatment price. Please see our Policies FAQs for the full terms.

Preparation depends on the treatment. Please follow the instructions we give you when booking, and tell us about any allergies or relevant health information in advance so we can advise you. Feel free to call/what’s app the clinic if you’re unsure.
