We require 48 hours notice for all nails and beauty treatments. If you cancel within this period, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price. We require 48 hours notice for under 1-hour laser hair removal treatments and a 7 days notice for over 1 hour laser hair removal treatments. If you cancel within this period, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price. Please note any cancellations made within a 24-HOUR PERIOD for all treatments will incur full payment of the treatment. If you have COVID and have to cancel, we will still have to charge a 50% cancellation fee as per the new guidelines.

Nails: Please ensure anyone else's work is removed before hand as I do not touch other peoples work.

Lash Lifts: Please ensure you do not wear contact lenses and thoroughly remove eye makeup 6 hours before your appointment.

Laser Hair Removal: Please ensure no oils or make up is applied to the area prior to the appointment.
